As a New Home Sales Consultant for Civitas, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and assisting prospective homeowners through the home buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through our community, demonstrate the features and benefits of our homes, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management:
    • Greet and engage potential buyers, establishing rapport and identifying their housing needs.
    • Present and demonstrate model homes, highlighting features and available options.
    • Provide detailed information about the community, including amenities and lifestyle benefits.
    • Assist customers in selecting floor plans and options that align with their needs and preferences.
    • Guide buyers through the purchasing process, including financing options, contract negotiations, and closing procedures.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and follow up consistently to drive sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the buying process.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and knowledge.
    • Conduct follow-up visits and calls to ensure customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
  • Marketing and Outreach:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales events, open houses, and community tours.
    • Participate in local events, community outreach, and social media efforts to generate leads and increase visibility.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and submit required sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the construction and development teams to ensure timely delivery of homes and customer satisfaction.
